Alarm 179: (Public Service)  8-19-05 - Engine Company 4 was dispatched to Route 906 North bound for a tree down blocking the roadway.  Crew arrived on scene to find that the tree was cleared earlier by Station 42.  Crew cleared the scene with no further incident.
 
Alarm 178: (Structure Fire)  8-17-05 - Engine Company 4 was dispatched to assist Station 42, 17, and Westmoreland 80 in the area of the Naomi Club on Route 906 for a possible structure fire
 
Alarm 177: (Brush Fire) 8-13-05 - Engine Company 4 was dispatched to the area of Blind Lane and Main Street for a possible brush fire. 
 
Alarm 176: (EMS) 8-11-05 - Engine Company 4 was dispatched to 411 Wood Street to assist EMS and Police in gaining entry to a residence. 
 
Alarm 175: (Vehicle Accident) 8-6-05 - Engine Company 4 was dispatched to 210 3rd Street for a vehicle accident unknown injuries or entraptment vehicle over a hillside.
 
Alarm 174: (Structure Fire) 8-4-05 - Engine Company 4 was dispatched to assist Westmoreland 80 along with Stations 42, 17 and 105 to 920 Henry Street in North Belle Vernon for a working structure fire.

Alarm 172:  ( EMS)  Engine Company 4 was dispatched to 803 Grant Street in Belle Vernon for a 27 year old male complaining of chest pain and shortness of breath. 
 
Alarm 171:  (Structure Fire)  4 Engine 1 and 2 along with Snorkel and Quint 80, Ladder and Engine 42, and Engine 32 in place of Engine 17 responded to 500 Blind Lane in Belle Vernon for a possible roof fire.  4 Chief Rich Saxburg arrived on scene and established command. 
 
Alarm 170:  (Public Service)  Engine Company 4 was dispatched during a strong rain storm to the intersection of State Street and Main Street for a tree down along with wires. 
 
Alarm 169:  (Public Service)  Engine Company was dispatched shortly before Alarm 170 to the intersection of Johnson Street and Vine Street for a tree and wires down on a vehicle. 
 
Alarm 168:  (EMS) Engine Company 4 was dispatched to 313 Wood Street in Belle Vernon for a 29 year old female patient unresponsive.
